By booking an appointment with Dawn Hair, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully prior to your appointment.

By booking an appointment with Dawn Hair, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully prior to your appointment.
Appointments & Booking Fees
- A booking fee is required for all new clients at the time of booking to secure an appointment.
- Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Booking fees may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment, provided sufficient notice is given (see cancellation policy below).
- The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost.
- No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will be charged 100% of the appointment cost, which must be paid in full before any future bookings can be made.

Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on availability.
- Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated will be treated as a late cancellation.

Colour Services & Clothing
- While every reasonable precaution is taken, hair colouring services carry an inherent risk of accidental transfer to clothing, footwear, or personal belongings.
- Clients are advised to wear old or dark clothing and avoid valuable or delicate items during colour services.
- Dawn Hair does not accept responsibility for damage, staining, or loss to clothing, accessories, or personal belongings worn or brought into the salon.
- This includes, but is not limited to, colour transfer occurring during movement throughout the appointment (e.g. restroom visits).

Personal Belongings
- All personal belongings are brought into the salon at the client’s own risk.
- We do not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

Consultations & Services
- Consultations are provided in good faith. Final results may vary depending on hair history, condition, and suitability.
- By proceeding with a service, clients acknowledge and accept the potential risks involved.

Children & Guests
- For safety, comfort, and insurance reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted unless by prior arrangement.

Right to Refuse Service
- Dawn Hair reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or unreasonable.
